I took off the intake and found that the fuel pressure selinoid was burned up very bad and the manifold vac line was off. Last fall steve kan tuned my car and I was running out of fuel @ 10psi. What will that do not being connected to my car runn it lean or rich?

Rich at idle and lean during boost. You get the worst of both worlds. A few people have bypassed their FPR solenoid by running the vac tube straight from the LIM to the FPR. All the FPR solenoid does is cause your car to run rich on a hot start to flush out any fuel bubbles in the line.
