Stock FD runs 10:1 A/F ratio ?

Who knows if the stock FD runs so rich ? ( 10:1 ) a/f rat ?

A stock FD runs BELOW 10:1 from 4500 rpm+ under boost. Here's my old dyno sheet with downpipe and exhaust on stock ecu:

DOH! Link is broken!

Anyway, the A/F ratio starts at about 13:1 at 2000 rpm and goes below 10:1 at 4500 rpm or so.
