anybody have pics of the fuel rail Milled down? How about pic of before and after, to get a good idea of what to do. I'm a little un certain how to do it.....

Just get them professionally milled. Why screw around when it comes to the fuel system? Both Gotham and RP sell the modded rails.

IIRC Gotham charges $75 or so. I had to both mill and counterbore mine, as well as make some custom spacers for the injector shafts, so you're probably better off paying someone that knows what they're doing to do it. If you need a core, send me a PM. I have a few rails available; and one that's already tapped for AN fittings on both sides.

I just installed 850's in my primary rail.

Used an extra o-ring to seal the gap.

Its rub fine so far.

However, the 850's sit alot further up inside the rail.
Would't this effect the spray pattern
