stock 5-spd vs. stock 4-spd auto performance

could someone tell me the most accurate stock performance for the FD between a 5-spd and 4-spd auto tranny. (BTW how much would it cost to do an auto to manual conversion?)

You'll experience less drivetrain loss, it'll be more fun to drive, will hold more power, and will accelerate faster.
