still having electrical problems...please help!

my blinkers and hazards have been down over a year. took it to the dealer when i first had the problem. they diagnosed a faulty cpu flasher by the driver side footwell area. i changed it. along with new switch assembly and the hazard switch. still nothing works. i can hear the turn signals ticking w/o any of the lights working. but the funny thing is that i don't hear the tick when i press the hazard button. wtf....i can't seem to figure it out...any input is appreciated. i have searched many times w/o results. is there a flasher relay in the engine bay??? is so where is it and what is it labeled. yes i checked all the fuses and bulbs. thanks kevin

yeah it's been a long time and the **** still don't work. just replaced the switches, the turn signal cpu, all the bulbs and fuses. also replaced the hazard switch. when i engage the signals it ticks but no lights. when i press the hazard button there's no sound. could it be the hazard switch is fucked or something else. i will try to test with a voltmeter this weekend. damn frustrating. kvn

there's local auto electric shops that'll help for something like 20 bucks, at least around here
