steering geometry

Is there a simple or easy way to reduce the turning ratio of my fd. ie i want less turns loc to loc

Nope, your best bet would be to purchase a smaller aftermarket steering wheel.

What size is the Momo wheel?

Other than that, you'd probably have to look at getting a new/different steering rack to change the ratio.
