Steering column exchange is this bolt reverse thread?

I bought a shell that I am fixing up . and starting with the steering column this bolt right here is it a reverse thread or just really hard haha . I dont want to force it and break something so I thought I might as well ask now.

there it is its a 12mm bolt that tightens the shaft from the steering column..

the ignition thats on the car currently is broken BUT there seems no way to remove it except for changing the whole column if anyone has a better solution i'm all ears . or well eyes in this case..

I used my wonderwoman powers and it came out!! but not to steal my own thread or anything but the car also doesnt have the pedals installed .. should I install the pedals before I put the steering column back?

would anyone be so kind as to take a picture of their pedals.. I have 2 different sets of RHD , and LHD and I honestly dont know which is which... if I could get a picture of the LHD pedals it may make things much easier for me..

You will at least need the brake pedal in in order to put the column back up. There are two nuts on the bottom side of the brake pedal that the column attaches to. If it were me, I would just put them all back in before throwing the column in.
