Question Steel rear bushings?

I was just informed all that clanking in the suspension is my rear steel bushings! I need to replace all of them. I think 6 or 8 of them. Any one do this themselves and was it hard? How much do you think parts cost and what would labor run at a shop?

thanks

Steel bushings ALWAYS are loud as hell. I rode in Batman's FD when he had them, and while the car was stiff and seemed to handle well (had AO32's on it too) it was unbelievably loud. I definitely would NOT go that route unless my FD was purely track used.
