trying to start my car after rebuild, i have the fuel pump fuse disconnected, and first time i gave it a try my leading coil burned out, since had it replaced, tried to start it to get oil pressure going, but car wont turn, i took the key out and every once in awhile i hear the car making noises, sounds like when you first put the key in and turn it and it makes that initial click, is this normal? or is it symtpoms of something more serious?

 

Starter? Connection issue? Weak Battery? Verify those basics first.
