First of all lets start with the fact i have dual supra pumps. I have starting issues, I changed the starter and it started fine no problem it had to be changed regardless. Now when i try to start i hear a flickering noise from the rear hatch fast flickering. Im guessing its coming from the relays. When i try to turn the car over sometimes i hear the starter sometimes its just dead silent. The starter would click once then id try again and wont do anything it would be dead silent and id hear a single flick in the hatch. Id try again it would do the several flickering noise and the starter at the same time and keeps doing this in random paterns. Any one have this problem before? Any ideas?

 

Sounds like a bad electrical connection somewhere and seems like you have way more fuel pump than you need.
