Starting and idle problems after winter project

hey guys, my english isnt so good cos it isnt my native language but ill hope u understand enough.. i just finished my winter project, new mods are fmic, koyo rad, full nonseq, power fc, pc680 battery and apexi intake. ofc i have changed oil and filter. I have new plugs and everythings should be connected right. Car has been standing for over 6months and yesterday i started it first time.

I prolly should have checked the idle with original ecu but it had been fine before so i started it with pfc on. It started fine but idle was very rough and it would idle like v8 or something, sounded like it was going very rich.

I followed the starting instructions from pcf manual and let it idle for 30mins but it would stable and still idle was very rough. I tried to rev but there was very bad response and it kinda didnt rev well at all. After that i changed to original ecu and then idle was littlebit better but still rpm was going up and down from 800 to 1000. But then when i tried to rev it it revved nice from 2000 to 5000 rpm and sounded like normal, car wasnt finished yet so i could testdrive it yet cos it was on jackstands.

but today when i lifted it down and was trying to testdrive it idle was very lumpy and it smoked a lot. It seemed like it was going very rich, i hardly got it out from garage and then i turned it to look everything was ok, then i tried to start again but it wouldnt start anymore. So now it just wont start, I can smell the gas so i think it isnt fuelpump but what could be wrong? i was so tired so i didnt make any other diagnostics but what should i look when i next go to fix it. Could it be bad apexi seals or coolant seals. It ran fine before winter and i didnt hear any cracks or booms when i first started it

edit: at rotaryrescurrection instructions say that vacuum line from fuel pressure regulator should be connecter straight to lim nibble. On other instruction it was connected to solenoid. witch is correct?
