Stant thermostat

Is it ok to use STANT THERMOSTAT PN# ST76-192 ?
Do i need to drill it?

Is it possible to run without thermostat?

Get either a 48438 or 13978. Both are 180 degree thermostats. The one you listed appears to be a 195 degree. You don't need to drill anything. Running without a thermostat will allow a portion of hot engine coolant to bypass the radiator and is not recommended.
