SSR GT2 on my 94 FD *pics*
I finally took the leap and purchased 18 X 8.5 (front) and 18 X 9.5 (rear) SSR GT2 wheels for my FD. Tire Rack supplied them within 2 days of my purchase. I’ve been very impressed with their customer service and would recommend them to anyone. In my quest for pictures of these wheels on an FD, I noticed others looking for the same information. Well here are some pictures I took this morning.

Thanks for all of the compliments. I forgot to mention that my car is lowered on Eibach springs in the front, RB springs in the rear with Tokicos all around. I do experience slight scrubbing in the front at maximum steering input and I heard it scrub today on a wicked dip exiting a parking lot. I hear you guys about the R1 lip. The peice that is there now is pretty chewed up anyway. I've been debating between the R1 lip or just getting a Feed style front bumper. Personally I like the stock bumper, but mine looks a little wavy up close.

Very nice. Definitely get something in the front like a lip or 99 bumper.
In the first picture the stance reminded me of a 1st gen right away. 3d gens have an amazing look to them and it's neat how mazda was able to incorporate some of that older styling in such a modern looking car.

Don't go for an aftermarket bumper... leave it stock. Looks a lot better, and classy IMO. R1 lip is a must though
