Porting is basically the widening of intake and exhaust ports for our motors. It's a pretty straight forward procedure, but still best left to the pros. To give you a price, I think my street port cost about $400 when I got my engine rebuilt. That cost fluxuates between builders.

No, the $400 was for the streetport, not for the rebiuld itself. Altogether it was $3,700 for the rebuild.
