Squelling belt or airpump

Ok well I was driving home during a warm day, the was was at 2000rpms and then all of the sudden this loud noise camp sound like a rushing of air and a belt slipping. All the dash lights started turning off and on as the car bearly stalled and came back. I was a block from home so I just kept going untill i got home the noise stopped after 5 seconds so I thought I might as well try and get it home. Got it into the garage opened the hood and then was rancid plastic burning smell and some smoke, I beleave it was coming from the pulley drive on the airpump. There was also a noise like a scrapping noise. I check all the belts and they don't look like theyve fallen off or werent alligned. Well I had to do other stuff so I came back to the car the next day and made a video of whats going on. I started it up and the car was revving uneasy alittle bouncing up and down when i turned on the parking lights. I warmed up a little bit and rev got a little bit steaider at idle.

Here is the Vid http://media.putfile.com/wierd-noise-

and here are some pics

Sounds like one of the pully bearings failed or the a/c compressor or airpump clutch locked up. Also make sure the primary turbo intake pipe isn't rubbing the airpump. Take the belts off and make sure all the pulleys spin freely.

Well the belts are not rubbing anything, I'm pretty sure the its the air pump ( what I'm pointing at ) that's making all that noise, but what could be directly underneath it. I seems as if a bearing has failed but it could a byproduct of the magnetic clutch locking up aswell.
I'm assuming taking my belts off would require a significant amount of time, right?

The belt on the air pump, just lower the alt., won't take you much time at all. Putting it back isn't that bad. It took me a while to figure out the easiest way to put the belt back on.

Ok, well I've been reading a lot of previous posts and It seems that the airpump is the culprit seeing as though it makes noise preluding the eventual lock-up; I was noticing some noise coming from it before the major failure.

Disconnect the airpump connector then start the car (you may have to rev it a little to test your noise). If you don't hear the noise, the airpump is going. If you still hear the noise, its belt.
