GA Speed/Speedometer Sensor

Is the speed sensor for an auto and manual tranny in an FD the same part?? I have done quite a bit of research on here and could not find that tidbit. I seems the only ones I can find for sale are autos. Mine is intermittent and needs to be replaced according to the previous owner. Thanks.

The speedometer sensors are different for the auto and manual transmissions.

Thanks Tom. I'll continue to search for a manual speed sensor I reckon...
