Spark plugs and wires

Hey will i'm thinking about changing my plugs and wires. Well i'm not exactly sure what to get. What kind of plugs should i get and what heat range. And also for the wires... I heard the stock ones are good as is? Any sugggestions on the plugs or wires? Also what is the part # for the stock wires.

Plugs : most people run NGKs.
stock or lightly modded: BUR7EQP for the leading and BUR9EQP for trailing.

otherwise, modded run BUR9EQP all the way around.

I used mazda wires when i replaced mine.

whats the part # on the wires. as in stock wires...Cuz they are NGK wires. I was looking at Nopi and found them for like 20 something dollars. But just not sure if those are the right one
