Question Spark plug trailig and leading

Some one told me tu use NGK BUR9EQP in both trailing and leading.
But... is correct? i have light modification (see signature) and max boost pressure of 0.95 bar (14 PSI)
Wich is the best setting?

I already made a search but i didt found anything, so... please help and may be we can put in the links of the "FAQ for 3rd Gen & other useful links"

For your mod and boost level 'somebody' is correct for a change
