spare tire = drag tire?!?!

i took my spare tire out tonight, to get ready for the track....and i noticed how small and light that sucker is! does anyone run 2 spare tires up front while drag racing? seems like it would be like running skinnies....well lemme know if its a dumb idea

but i did get several compliments on my new "wheel".....they thought my spare was aftermarket

Yah, i bought aonther spare off of ebay for 25 bucks. I painted them black and i use them for skinnies at the track. makes a noticable difference. Ari Yallen used to run them at the track until he bought a set if Welds. BTW they are Enkeis

make sure you get better tires cuz i don't think the spare tires are meant to handle high speeds.....
