yeah, i dont really care for that "terminology" either, but its the accepted way. . . hehe. it took me a while to figure everything out, but once i got it in my head. . . they "way" was clear. just make sure you make the "connecting rod" adjustable. that way you only have to make them ONCE!!!
i was really wanting to try the 50mm modules that hella recently came out with, but they are VERY expensive, and the high beams are ONLY available in HID. . . i just didnt care to spend over $1k in lights alone.
also, heres a great article on how to aim headlights PROPERLY!!!! http://www.danielsternlighting.com/tech/aim/aim.html

They do look good ,but require alot of time .They are way stronger then any of the kits I have seen . The buckets are cut for clearence and reinforced with sheet metal and fiberglass . I did the same thing on the 81 gsl I had back in 82 ,round to rectangle , 8 1/2 inches to 5 inches .If I do my 94 I am going to be looking at the 50 mm lights . My son helped Paul adjust them and he said they were hella bright .When Paul makes the covers they will be things of rare and mystical beauty .

haha, you got me tim!!! of course, david had a hand in all this. . . and i believe is planning on making a kit for himself. let it be known, that i would have shown a picture with comparison properties of anyones car. . . the only problem is that his car is easier to get to than any other FD in the area. sorry, didnt mean to trash the thread by mentioning his name.
