Thanks NewbernD! So that would also explain why the water is spilling out when the temp gets normal

We still have to check if the thermostat and water pump are working properly as Mahjik suggested. (P.s The AST cap is new too.)

Check to make sure the caps are in the proper locations. AST on Ast - filler cap on filler - they often get mixed up and a leak can happen.

UPDATE !! -----> PROBLEM SOLVED!!! The effects were being caused by a faulty Thermostat.

Its a big relieve to know that after all the engine was healthy!
