Some pics i took of my car today!! lôôk
Just order the lights and make them yourself Phil, and the bezels can be your first carbon project.
you obviously want them you have been following them around and keeping tabs on them long enough.
The only hard part will be disassembling the front of the motors and making the necessary modifications.
From the pics they took, it looked like they were simply bolted in place no big modifications at all. Then make a soft rubber bumper for the lights to push and rest against when they are coming up so the pressure of the housing coming up pushes into the rubber and dampens the rattling effect inherent with the sleepy eye mod.

Did you have any/many issues w/ the hood?
I have my first plug made (turned out real good, used a vac bag to make it) and I have release agents gel coat carbon and misc stuff on its way. Hopefully if I get some time away from school I can really get to work on it. after making the mold I am fairly confident with a little practice and refining technique, I should be able to make some quality small things.
If you do venture into making a set, it will be no problem making the bezels I would think, I couldn’t believe how easy the vac bag made the process. Everything was smooth and conformed perfectly, and I only got one very small ¼ dia 1/64 deep thin bubble on my first try. Granted it wasn’t a very hard piece to do but it had a few ridges and valleys and a rolled edge all the way around the piece. When I get my digi cam back I will send you some pics of my setup and plug I made.
Did Wael ever give the part numbers for the specific lights he used?
Personally I think go all the way and find some good used HID high/low beams off a different car that will fit properly.

nope..... it fit great.... well, there is alway's some adjusting that takes about 20 or so minutes but thats common when you remove even the stock hood.... just dont overtighten the screws on the hinges or it will crack!!

it also HAD 550's and 850's for thatsetup!!!
