The fuel lines come up.....1 goes into the filter sitting behind the UIM then to the secondary starting closest to the firewall.....the other to the primary starting closest to the firewall as well. Out of both into the FPR.....then the returns.

On the wires coming up through the lid for power.......yeah i obviously drilled 2 small holes just a hair bigger.....then found rubber grommets that would fit just right from my buddy who has a stereo shop......and finished it off with some stuff that he has that he uses for practically everything. I forget the name but i'll ask. It works great! We have done this on quite a few different cars including about five 500+rwhp Supra's. There have been no problems with the pumps heating up or anything to speak of. We just ran thick guage wires with fuses and insulated the pumps.
Be sure and get the Walbro 340......not just a 255HP. I'm told there is quite a difference even though they are supposedly the same pump.

If one of the pumps fail then i'm probably screwed I did quite a bit of research on these and they seem to be the best. I haven't heard of any problems with them from even the top HP Supra guys who swear by them.
I'm confident enough with them to use them on my baby.....that's saying alot because i'm sooooo ****!
On the Supra pump dropping pressure up top......could be a few different things.....i would check line size.....make sure you limit the bends in your line/lines........make sure the pump gets plenty of power with thicker guage wire. There are a few other things to check for too if those aren't enough.

Then again couldn't you stage your pumps with a stand-alone EMS? That might be something to look into.....have the 2 in-tank Y'd together into a single -8 then spit again at the rails. You could set the 1st pump at constant and set the second to come on at the 1st hint of boost. That way both pumps aren't working when you don't need them.
That sounds like it would work..... oh well.....just thinking out loud

How do you like my battery cut-off switch?? After quite a few scratched knuckles and some cussing this is the end result. I didn't know the rear bumper was so damn hard to get off! Jeesh! PITA!

Keith: I've heard from a couple of people about those pumps failing......have you had any problems? I guess the reason why was from the current it was drawing at all times. It would burn itself out......maybe that was the older pump or something. I think that's why Aeromotive came out with that box to regulate the power that the pump was seeing. Isn't it similar to the stock Supra setup? Drops down to 9v off throttle.....then up to 12v when throttle is hit.
Nice setup though.......i think i remember your setup from a while back. You posted pics and had a thread about putting a sump in? If so.....then you were the reason why i almost chose to put a sump in. But of course i changed my mind

what turbine trim does that turbo have? what's the turbine a/r? are you gonna run an automatic or a sequential tranny, looks like you'll lose some boost between shifts. how much anti-lag you gonna run? looks like you're gonna need a lot to spool that thing off the line. what kind of rear end you gonna use, are you staying w/ irs or going solid rear axle?

Whew.....lot of ??.......the specs of the turbo i'm not exactly sure of. I'd have to ask Harry about the wheel and stuff but the a/r is 1.15. It's HUGE! It's machined out a little extra also I just got it for another option down the road.....but the GTR will take it's place shortly As of right now the stock tranny is in place but the new tranny will be in by season's opener i hope. We just have to work out some converter issues (like finding the right one). It should be a real beast with the TH350 calling the shots.
I'm not exactly sure on the anti-lag......we'll have to see how it all goes.
I've got a 100-shot to help with spool-up.....i think that should work out ok.
The rear-end is a KAAZ with 4.3 gears and super secret axles ($1600) I've got an aluminum driveshaft with custom chrome-moly suspension and custom PPF. The PPF is totally trick! I can't wait to show it.....but i have to wait for other reasons. It's chrome-moly with heim joints so i can adjust the pinion angle if for some reason i need to. It's also tied into the roll cage for extra lift and strength.

oh if you're going auto you don't need any anti lag, you'll already build boost off the line. how big are your ports elliot, that's a damn large turbo for the 13b, are you bridged? are you gonna stick w/ the 4.3 rear end and kaaz diff when you switch trannies? seems like you won't get any traction in the lower gears, and you'll completely annhilate that kaaz w/ the power you're looking to make. what are your axles made of (titanium?) and where'd you get them, are they custom or off the shelf? pm if you want. thanks.

this has to be one of the most meticulously prepared FDs yet with a 13B, but I agree that is a huge *** turbo
can't wait to see the E.T.s/dyno numbers....kind of a shame to spend all that time getting something looking that sharp and then go thrash on it at the strip, but oh well, better than a garage queen
