Anyone know who this is? Anyone live close to Kent, Washington?

It's always sad to see these cars wrecked the same day they are purchased. People just don't respect these cars enough. And one might draw the conclusion that it's a young kid who has little driving experience and can not handle the HP and might purchase another FD and do the same thing. But having said that, I have dibs on parts!
