flipn horseshit! just got the motor rebuilt, and turbos too.2000 miles ago or so i thought.
white smoke at start up, for about 3to5 minutes then stops. cant hear bov. can feel significant loss in power only shifting at 4500 max. help......... I'm hoping its just the turbos not the motor. twins.

 

Smoke on start-up for a long period of time is not normal. The first thing it points to is a bad water seal.

Is it coming out of the exhaust? or from the engine bay?

 

exhaust only. I take her out about once every two weeks. thanks 4 the help.

 

id' go back to your builder and have a serious conversation about the quality of your rebuild. Do the champagne test and see, but it doesn't sound good at all
