Smog Restrictions

Coming from Japan, we never had smog restrictions as we do in the USA...what modifications besides keeping the car fully stock will pass smog?

Emissions are based on the local city/county laws. For instance, the same emissions testing isn't used where I live than what they do in California. You need to check with your local owners to find out what testing they do in your area.

They may only do visual checks, they may not emissions at all.
