Smic Greddy Now after the install my turbos wont Spool?
Im just wondering is there something else you should adjust after you install a Greddy SMIC? I did the install and took it for a test drive and on the first pass it seemed to be working. Then i stoped and check the engine bay and got back into the car and tried to take off again it but the boost gage would stay at about 0? Kind of weird?? The vaccum seemed to be working fine it was pulling at about 20 with my foot off the gas rolling but no boost.?? Should the intercooler be totally sealed off around the side of it? My stock plastic intercooler duct didnt work that well when i chopped it up for the smic install but it did work. most of it is getting a major amout of air? Just wondering if something has to be adjusted to make up for the larger intercooler?? another thing after the first pass in which the car seemed to be working fine I did notice was that when I hit the gas I heard the stock blow off sound pretty loud. WHich was weird cause i never hear it that loud. I wonder what could be loose? I figured it had something to do with the new intercooler?

you simply have something not connected/leaking somewhere. Start at your throttle body elbow and work your way back to the turbos. There is a coupler that came lose or something was not connected. Could have even occured during that first test drive when everything hit it's first vacuum and boost cycles.

Thanks i got it. The damn coupler came loose from the intercooler to the crossover. I got it this morning. It must have blown off. Damn let me tell you the difference between turbo and non turbo is like a million times.
