Slow Driver's Window when cold

Slow Driver's Window when cold
So I have a 93 and the drivers window goes really really really slow for the first half of the way up when its below about 80 degrees.
Is there any way to pull the motor and R&R the motor, or do I need a new one? What do new ones run?
