hi guys im a new owner of a single turbo fd3s, its a bit of a nail and i want to get it back to its former glory. the main problems i have atthe moment are:
1. very squeeky when driving, i think the shocks are gone but any ideas what else may be coausing these squeeks?
2. coolant buzzer comes on even though reservoir is full, if i remove pressure cap and top up with very little water this stops. any comments would be welcome?
3.drivers door plastic panel is trashed can anyone advise me wher to get one chaep?
thanks in advance

you can get door panels in the parts for sale sction on here.
the coolant buzzer is on because there is a sensor in the top of the fuel neck, if no coolant is that high up in the neck it will buzz.you may have a crack in the hose that runs from the neck to the reservoir, when the engine is hot pressure builds in the system and the coolant flows into the reservoir. when it cools it creates a vacuum and sucks it back in to the system. if there is a crack in that hose it will suck in air when it cools instead of coolant leaving you with a low coolant level.
