That looks like a connection on the stock lim (mine is in my attic and I don't want to go dig it out to look at it). If that is the case I am pretty sure you can just cap it off. I run a GZ lim and there is no connection there.

That is a different vacuum diagram than I have seen before. I run mine pretty much the same with a few exceptions. The side port of my wastegate I run into my IC piping right next to the boost control solenoid connection to the IC piping. I run my fuel pressure reg (aeromotive) to one of the nipples on the front underneath of the UIM. I am fairly sure, although I have not done this yet, that the dark blue line on your diagram may be deleted as it is only needed for emissions and it would eliminate that canister underneath the throttle body elbow.

Tapping the IC piping is really pretty easy and small steel vac line nipples can be found at most auto parts stores, or really easily online. Another option is to take off the compressor housing and tapping that to accept those same vac nipples, or the even easier option listed above and just use the coupler connections. There are special vac nipples that you can purchase that are used for the couplers.

I forgot to add that the purple line that runs from the oil injectors can be much simpler. Instead of running a line to the air intake/filter all you need is to connect a small air filter after the Y. It helps clean up the area by eliminating another hose running long distances in the engine bay.

It is the air bleed for the primary injectors:
