Simplified sequential with double throttle diagram

When I did my simplified sequential I used the main diagram as the simplified sequential on the forum had the double throttle removed and I decided to keep mine. In the process I cut the electrical ends off the main harness including the aws, egr connectors, air pump, etc. I also replaced most rats nest solenoid s with 94 ones from an automatic... I have a 93 5 speed. When doing a simplified sequential do the vacuum lines need to be rerouted or simply remove what you don't need and keep the ones you need routed the same way as the normal diagram.? I'm thinking I messed up somewhere that why my idle fluctuates a lot even though I can get it to idle below 800 but it won't take ac load.

EDIT: err, did you add a pulley to replace the airpump's when you removed it?

Did you remove the idle wax-controlled finger ? Cause that could be the source of a lumpy idle.
