Simplified-Sequential ???

just a quick question, when doing this, do i just hook up the solenoids in the diagram, and leave the unused solenoids just sitting there vented to the atmosphere? or do they still have to be hooked up normaly, cause i just tore out the whole dam rats nest.

If you are removing the solenoids which control emissions, you can leave them in the car just hooked to the wiring harness (i.e. no vacuum lines or caps). If you don't leave them connected to the wiring harness, you'll need to find resistors to put in their place (using the stock or rechipped ECU's that is).
