silicone heater (to/from motor) hoses
where can i get silicone replacements for the heater core hoses? i don't really want the stock looking OEM hoses
what size should i buy and where's a good supplier?

I highly recommend Samco. Don't buy silicone stuff from McMaster Carr. The walls are too thin. The Hosetechniques and Baker precision seem to be the same stuff. I think they're ok.
Don't know about rubber stuff but couldn't be as good as silicone.

Nobody makes molded, replacement heater hoses to replace the ones on the left side of the firewall. I got universal silicone heater hose from Thermal Flex that could replace all but three hoses (the two mentioned previously and the elbow under the throttle body).
