silicone dielectric compound

im about to change my spark plugs .. got some taylor spiro pro wires .. came with some silicone dielectric compound .. my question is .. where do i put the compound?

Rub some on the inside of the boot that goes around the spark plug. This keeps the boot from sticking to the plug. Don't get too much on the electrical contact surfaces, as dielectric grease does NOT conduct electricity.
