Cause like I said in my recent posts i live in a culdesac car noise in a big issue but I want to modify my car but I can't have any extra noise no louder rumbling or anything like that....I know It sucks.........so my question what can I get done to my car that gives it more power but not more noise? or get everything done and then silence it somehow?

Well... You can do an intercooler, intake and Efini Y-pipe. You can also get a nice computer... so when you move out of that oldfolks neighborhood (Joke ) you can get a hi-flo cat and exhaust..
The downpipe is really not going to make your cars exhaust much louder... I hardly noticed mine... Just drive nice and easy past grandma.

as for exhaust goes. There are a couple quiet catbacks out there, like the RB or the PFS one. Then when it coem time to replace the cat you can get a HF cat or a MP with a muffler in it.

The two things that will make your car louder are:
1. Changing the stock cat to a hi-flo cat or midpipe
2. Changing the stock catback
Yes, adding a downpipe adds some noise, but at start and idling you'll hardly notice the difference.
There are catbacks that you can change to which will add performance without adding too much noise. The main two in that catagory are the Racing Beat Dual Tip and the M2 Dual Tip.
Pretty much everything else under the hood can change (as far as bolt-on mods) without increasing your exhaust tone (as previously stated).
