I searched on this, and I read one guy bought the universal silencer HKS sells for carbon exhausts, and it doesn't fit (since they don't make one specifically for their own carbon ti exhaust), and it was a lot of work and welding to get it in.

I'm tryin to find a silencer I can use on and off - so no welding, so cumbersome install. The tip on the exhaust is 120mm

You didnt search hard enough. HKS sells it... I bought one from them.

Is it the same one that Nameless was talking about? (part # 3306-ra074)? Cuz the other 120mm silencers, HKS specifically makes a notation on their website that they don't fit the carbon ti....
