1bad7 is that the rotaryextreme replica on your car? I have the rx7fashion IC and i was wondering what kind of fitment issues you had? any? My IC is definitely too big for the stock front end, i need something with a little more room underneath/behind it

I am pretty sure. I looked at one in person and it doesn't really allow wider tires. You will be surprised that my Mazdaspeed 15th anniversary flare only allow 1/2" wider in the back although it looks pretty wide. Wait until you get it though. Maybe they have revised it?

Yup, hood is on its way! I will get you the tracking number today. I forgot to send you the hood pins so I need to do that today as well.

Yeah, you two do confuse me. I thought Kris borrowed some money from you to get his car done. Now it's the other way around? Are you sure you are not just having double personality? hehehe...

r u sure that the flares dont allow for wider tires? ive attached a pic that shows that they widen the rear by quite a bit so im guessin that u can fit wider tires

THE HOOD IS ON ITS WAY!!! fawkin sweet

RX-7 Fashion IC will fit with any kind of aftermarket bumper but you have to trim the mouth by about 2" on every one of them. I know because I am the founder of RX-7 Fashion.

yup thats rx7 fashions FMIC. i had it semi show polished before dave sent it to me because everything else in the engine bay is polished. if you go to their website and look under IC's ull see a pic of my IC before dave sent it out.

yup the bumper is in fact rotaryextremes replica. its a very very nice piece... very good quality and fit. all i had to do was move in the fenders about 2 millimetres on each side for a perfect fit... other than that it just bolted up without any probs. u will have to have it primed and everything before painting though. chuck is also a very nice guy to deal with

oh and yes... u have to trim a lil over 2 inches off the bumpers mouth if you want to use the FMIC like u see on my car... no biggie

Name calling is not allowed on the forum and it seems you have been warned before so take a week off.

16 days later...

I don't understand why someone would have to be banned for a week after saying something 16 days ago. And 30 minutes after that post a moderator responds to that and does not ban him? I understand no "name calling" but the time frame and ambiguity of this just seems kinda wack.

I'm not one to split hairs, just curious as to why this was done.

Because it wasn't until now that I got the reported post.

When it happens really makes no difference, it still happened.

Okay, so my question is this...Is it still okay to "name call" even if you know the person? I know Dragon and FD Okinawa personally(FD Okinawa used to live one floor up from me in the same building)...so if I make a statement to Dragon like, "Hey pole smoker, you wanna help me with my fuel system this weekend?"...and put that in a thread post...would that be considered name calling?...I know that whenever FD Okinawa post behind me, I always type, "Hey Focker, nice Avatar" or something similar. He always replies with something smart in return, but it's all in good fun since we do that even on a personal basis.

Just wondering how it works

Had I not gotten a pm about it from mightyslash I probably would not have even seen the post, and it was not just in this thread either. Obviously it was not thought to be in good fun.

Here we go again, anytime a moderator enforces a rule it's considered a power trip.

This is just my opinion but,

The mods have no way of knowing whether forum members (who may be close friends) are joking or not. Not only that, but other forum members do not know that either. And if other forum members think that the use of possibly durogatory words are allowed, then we will see the widespread use of it everywhere on this forum.
