Side Mount Alternator

I have done various searches and have seen answers over the years but does anyone do a side mount alternator kit for the FD today.
I have seen a lot of you run them but did you make them yourselves?
Also the adaptor plate for the block were these custom made also?
As you can see i'm going EWP not decided yet either Meziere or DC?

Thanks

I bought one from a shop in Australia

Alternator and Fuel Pump Kits

I paid $300 for mine...they are eternally back ordered

I will sell mine for $230 shipped. It's new.

Apparently they have them on ebay, straight from that shops store even. "Backordered" means "More than 10 available" I guess in Australian.

I have 2 questions:

*Does this bracket mount down where the AC pump would normally go?

*How does the alternator wiring loom go about rerouting down there? Does it reach, or is there some cutting and extending of the loom involved?

Define Autoworks is another option. The can modify the PS/AC bracket, so that the alternator sits in the AC location (obviously, you will lose the AC option)

Correct. You need to remove/delete the AC and PS all together. Not sure on the FD, but on the FC, the altenator wiring is long enough to reach all the way to the side location.

I would not give up my power steering for it then, my car being a daily driver right now.
And questionable if it works for FD..
