Whether or not you're couplers are loose, there shouldn't be oil in the y-pipe. You're turbos are blowing oil. From the small amount of smoke you are describing, you might be able to scrape by for now although I definitely would not.
However on the opposite side of the engine bay it appears you definitely have a power steering pump leak. That oil looks fairly fresh. Could be the p/s pump hose coming off the reservoir, but I would guess the actual p/s pump assembly is leaking somewhere.

Not necessarily. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but if I remember correctly if you pour oil in the oil filler tube a certain way it can go into the hose for the PCV system and wind up in the intake track. This oil residue shouldn't cause any harm.
