Should I install a PCV valve?

I was taking the UIM off today for the first time ever and to my surprise noticed there was no PCV valve, but rather the nipple on the UIM and on the oil filler neck were capped off. I then searched the forum and found out this is because my car is a 95.

So I'd like to install a PCV valve based on what I read it does but could not find any conclusive evidence for or against it on the forum as to how useful or helpful it is. Has anyone with 95's had problems resulting from no PCV valve?

Do not take the time , most people remove them if they have one . My 94 does not have one and no problems .
