should i buy this one??? help!

hey guys, i think i finally found one im ready to buy after the compression test . let me know what you guys think. Here's the car:

salvage (car fax, hit in rear)
93 touring with 87k on odo
Aftermarket AST.
ACT clutch,
turbo timer,
Blitz boost guage,
Apexi blow off valve,
fluidyne radiator
Racing Beat Exhuast
30k mile service by Tripoint Engineering
FRESH NEW PAINT. the car runs excetionally well after driving a few FDs....is this car worth 11k? interior and exterior looks so clean. I might be able to get him down to 10k but i doubt it.

If the compression test checks out ok then go for it, but prepare for the worste as always. That's kinda high miles. Hope all goes well.

Wait for the compression test. If it is low you might be able to get him to cut the price a little. But, if compression is good 11k is a good price for that car.

Edit: I need to read a little more thoroughly, I didnt see the part about the salvage title. Thats what you get at 1 AM.

Lets just say salvage title doesnt mean crappy car but if a car has one all buyers and sellers know that the value of that car pretty is now split in half (although the sellers usually have a hard time accepting this) I have worked in used car sales for about 14months now and thats about what Ive come up with.
Just something to keep in mind...

What's your budget? I would personally pass on this car.... due to the salvaged title and high miles/originaly motor. Is that car from Cali? How did it get the 30k service done all the way over here in SoCal? You also know that the 30k service doesn't mean sh*t on a car with almost 90k miles, right?
Like I said, I'd pass if I were you and save for a $13-17k car and have piece of mind. If you get this for $10-11k, you'll want to have a good $3-5k set aside for when the engine goes
