Should aftermarket check valves be used with an inline filter? (alternatives to OE)

Well, we all know that the turbo has the potential of sucking in things that bypass the air filter (oil, dirt, etc), and the turbo itself can leak a little oil mist into the compressed air.

The solenoids in the rats nest are operated by pressure created from the turbo, which could have dirt particles and oil mist. It is said that the OE green/black (P/N N390-13-995A) one-way check valve has an inline filter within each side of the check valve. If this is true, then aftermarket check valves (like the ones shown above) could very well pass on dirt and oil that is not filtered (as they usually do not have filters) into the various solenoids/actuators, causing premature failure. The solenoids and especially the actuators are insanely expensive from the dealership -- even from Malloy Mazda. There are various companies that manufacture inline filters, which could very well serve as an OE-like replacement of the expensive check valves when paired with a suitable check valve. Any input?
