short in headlight motor

short in headlight motor
trying to figure out this problem maybe someone can help. sometimes my passenger side headlight will stick in the up position when turing off the headlights. If I turn the switch on and off a couple of times they start working ok. any ideas what this could be? I checked all the wiring and fuses and everything looks ok.
