servicing parts

Hey guys

im sorry if this has been asked before, im wanting to guy buy the parts to service my 2000 model FD.

Any advice on oil, oil filter, plugs ect?

also what degrees should the timing be?

There are a lot of Aussies on this forum - and quite a few from Melbourne. I would check out the regional forums for local shops etc.

Because most products are available worldwide.. And i feel its always good to get an idea of what experienced people use.
