sequential system help?

ok so i am gonna be putting a boost controller and precontrol controller on my car. i was just out there looking over it to get an idea of how to do it before i actually get the parts. So i took the black canister off (the one behind the alternator) to see the solinoids that the vacuum hoses need to be taken off of. There are 4 nipples altogehter(2 on each). my car which has been built by pettit and touched by no one else, has only the top on the drivers side and the bottom on the passenger side connected. When you look a little further to the drivers side there is a hose coming off of the bottomof the UIM that has a bolt in it to plug it up, its about a 3/8 size hose. Just wondering what they did and how it all works still. btw my air pump is removed.

any help would be great

That covers everything.

As for the existing hose arrangement, I have no idea why they would only hook up 1 nipple on each, especially to cross them up. I guess it doesn't matter that they are dumping directly to the engine bay, but it seems odd.
