Sequential problems fixed...3psi of boost
I just replaced a few more solenoids (wastegate control, turbo precontrol, and charge control), and for the first time I have gotten my primary and secondary to come online. The only problem now is im only hitting 3psi of boost. The boost builds very very slowly though. It pulls smooth all the way to 8k. I have checked for boost leaks, and there are none that are readily showing up. Is there any common characteristics that cause a boost limit of 3psi? Any suggestions of where to look would be greatly appreciated...

Just kidding on this post. Sorry for wasting space. Found a monster boost leak in one of my charge pipes. Cant believe I didnt see it the first time.

Do you get a constant 3PSI throughout the entire range? I would check your actuators and make sure they are connected to the gates. The E-clips on them can fall off sometimes, causing a similar problem that you describe. I would also check the actuators with a MityVac per the FSM's specs. prior to doing anything else.
[edit] Glad you found the problem.
