Sequential to Parallel Turbo Conversion Plate.
Hey wat does this do?
How does it effect the turbos?

Made from 304 waterjet-cut stainless steel, our kit eliminates the factory bypass control actuator and allows the y-pipe to remain free-flowing. Comes complete with attaching hardware and installation tool.

maybe its just me, but the link isnt working...
---edit---
i saw the part on the main page of that website.
that is just a block-off plate to cap the hole in the rear section of Y pipe when you remove the internal flapper, something you have to do when converting the stock twins to non-sequential.
