seq boost controllers?
what do you mean?? do you mean controlling boost seperately between turbos? if you just want an ebs for the whole tt system there are many out there. the greddy profec-b seems to be the most popular and most liked.

I have two MBCs on my car - one attached to the wastegate and the other to the precontorl line. However, despite a lot of experimenting I could never get consistent precontrol regulation of prespool.
You should be fine with one.
While there are two turbos, there is only one wastegate. Most people go with the Greddy Profec series. I would suggest the same as there is plenty of information on installation as well as configuration here on the forum.
Yeah, but you have custom solenoids. If someone is running on stock solenoids and using the EBSIII, you can only go so far with moding before it becomes unreliable since it works in conjunction with the factory setup which isn't too great.
I'm using Saxyman's first set that he ever made, actually the ones he built for his car, which did not include the wastegate and precontrol solenoids. Control on the stock turbo control soleniods are amazing. All that was needed was a well researched and tested system.
I do have a ported wastegate though too but that was needed due to the open exhaust without a cat and free-flowing intake.

Just one. There is a prespool gate on the primary turbo which directs some boost to the secondary turbo before transition, but this is not a wastegate per se, though it does operate in somewhat the same way.
