seperating the turbo from the housing?

How do I seperate the turbo from this housing that holds the wastegate? I have tried just about everything I can think of but it looks just the same everyday. Is there a special tool I am missing, an techniques I should try, anything??? Thanks for the help!

Hit it with a rubber mallet or tap it with a hammer, try using wd40 or similar. The housing is actually suppose to be able to rotate, but it stuck on there. I took mines apart to peep the wategate to make sure there werent any cracks or anything.

That's the trick! It's EASIER with two people so one can hold the turbo by the compressor side and the other can hit the housing down. BE CAREFUL when your hitting it with a hammer. I strongly suggest a rubber mallet.
