Question Selling my car next week. Am I asking too much ?

I am selling it because I really want something alittle more reliable. I love the car and it has it good and bad moments but I think it time to move on.
Original color was Montego Blue but due to paint fading decided to have it painted CMY (PPG candy paint). Got a few good compliments from people about the paint job. Car never been wreck. 1993 base 5 speed , 68,800 original miles.
Here is what I've done to it since owning it since 1999:
Complete tune up by Pettit in '99
Replaced radiator '99
Pettit AST
Boost gauge
Turbo timer
New fuel filter 5K miles ago
4 new brakes pads 3k miles ago
Injectors cleaned and serviced in '00
Brand new clutch.
Alarm with pager.
99' jspec lip
MODS : K&N air filter with Racing Beat air duct inlet
Down pipe
3" exhaust with Brullen muffler.
The car is in good/very good condition. I am asking $14,900. I figure the car is pretty rare and it pretty low miles and I can always lower the price if it doesn't sell. What do you guy think ?

I'd say the price is pretty fair...It may be a little hard to get that much but I'd stick with it for a while. Do you get a large boost spike with your setup?

Mostly 11 psi. In cold weather I see 12 psi. I tried not to overboost it too much because I don't have an upgraded ECU.

lower it to 12k and you should be fine cause why would someone spend 14k on the car and then have to turn around and spen 2k on the motor or you could sell it to a person who dont know anything about the car and get away with it
